Research, development and manufacturing is a match between Swedish know-how in manufacturing and design and Japanese advanced technology. Research and development is conducted as a collaborative effort between Swedish, Japanese, and Chinese engineers.

The plant at Trollhättan is the main hub of National Electric Vehicle Sweden, including head office, research & development and manufacturing.

Description
Our Engineering department is now creating a strong foundation of skills and we are therefore looking for a Validation process engineer. This position will handle both internal and external interfaces as it will be responsible for: 

-          Developing new processes for validation cross carline.

-          Adapting the process into NEVS vehicle development process.

-          Adapt the process to work with simulation, component test, System test and
           Vehicle test.

-          Implementing the process in the validation teams.

-          Training the validation team to use the process.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has: 

-          Relevant experience in the work area, preferably in the automotive industry.

-          University education, or equivalent experience.

-          Drivers license B 

You master English, both spoken and written.

To be successful in this role, you need to:

-          Have functional and technical skills.

-          Have excellent experience from vehicle validation.

-          Have experience in developing processes.

-          Have experience in Automotive testing.
