Reporting to the Planning and Fulfillment Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate tactical planning of our demand and our operations, optimizing inventory and resource management. This mission is achieved by balancing and improving metrics as supplier and customer on-time delivery, inventory, lead-time, forecast accuracy and resource optimization.
Your responsibilities
You will be responsible for the material and production planning department in Västerås.
Your team is responsible for purchasing, production planning and the specialist functions such as master planning, supplier development and inventory optimization.
The team includes 13 employees which are directly reporting to you.
Your background
Preferably a degree in Engineering (Logistics/Production Planning), alternatively equivalent work experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills, with a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.
Self-driven and responsible personality.
Data-driven approach combined with good analytical skills.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Knowledge in Excel, SAP, Power BI and experience in planning, supply chain and/or logistics is a merit.
