In this role, you will drive end to end value selling across three businesses.
This involves the development of a value framework for a seamless way of working and revitalise the process with enhanced focus on customer needs. IN addition, you will be responsible in enhancing our frontline’s competence through our CRM system for sales enablement. You will also proactively support market organizations to secure business growth.
What you will do
Drive business growth securing strategic fit, customer value and competitiveness
Develop quality of Value Research with product and portfolio management
Define business KPI to quantify the success of Value Selling
Strengthen value offering by providing customised insights per lead and opportunity
Define LPD in driving and developing Value Selling
Develop value selling competence and secure competence transfer to the markets
Support market organization by developing relevant, competitive end to end solutions offer
Identifies growth opportunities and follows up on opportunity deployment

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
You have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a customer facing sales role, preferably as a Portfolio Manager or/and an Account Team Leader for Key Accounts and/or Strategic Account.
You have knowledge & experience with our recently implemented SalesForce CRM tool
You are a person with strong change management skills, with experience in setting direction and coaching others.
The ability to convey strategic direction into operational activities will be a plus.
Building successful relations with stakeholders comes natural to you and you know how to get things done both through formal channels and the informal network.
Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority.
You probably have a University degree within Business Administration and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
