Job Description
In this critical role, you will be accountable for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of the value stream and achieving key business outcomes and delivering valuable results. The focus of the value stream is ensuring holistic solutions that maximize the productivity of our stock throughout our supply chain portfolio. You will inspire and empower your team to create and maintain a joint roadmap for the value stream that empowers the company and our colleagues to provide scalable and sustainable solutions that optimize our stock throughout our store and warehouse portfolios. In addition, you will be responsible for translating the business strategy into a clear and compelling vision for H&M services and working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that support this vision.
Your key KPIs will be a balance of providing optimal service levels to customers to drive our top and bottom line via availability, speed of delivery, while minimizing costs and our CO2 footprints via data driven decisions in our core solutions. The role also includes you staying ahead of the curve by continuously monitoring market trends and best practices and bringing new and innovative ideas to the table. Your ability to assess changes and priorities, identify impacts and required changes, and provide scenarios and sequencing plans will be instrumental in driving the success of our value stream. In addition, you will lead, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential. As a mentor and manager, you will be responsible for your team's performance and professional growth.
Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of demonstrating excellent cognitive, social, and emotional skills and an ability to nurture these skills in others. With experience in formal leadership and the ability to lead other leaders, this individual will have a successful history of bridging business and technology strategies within the supply chain field to deliver key business outcomes.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple initiatives, projects, and requirements based on business value. You have a demonstrated desire to build products and services that customers will love. We also see that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to lead teams and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to drive results and achieve strategic goals.
In addition to this, we’re looking for someone who has:
A bachelor’s degree from an educational institution in a business or tech discipline (economics, computer science)
Years of experiences of end-to-end product ownership
Extensive experience in multi-competent business areas and topics within Supply Chain field (e.g., Business Leader Supply Planning, Logistics, Merchandising)
Strong in analytical skills and data-driven
Experience with designing creative, quality products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
Experienced in conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping and analytics
