Value Stream Owner

Scania is currently undergoing an exciting transformation from a traditional truck manufacturer to a provider of complete sustainable transport solutions. IT is a crucial part of this transformation as Scania’s success is depending on flexible and efficient IT solutions that support current and future business requirements. 

What you will do 

You will be a vital part of Scania’s digitalization transformation by inspiring and enabling the company on its productivity and innovation journey. As a Value Stream Owner, you will be responsible for making sure that the ~50.000 Scania end users around the globe have an awesome digital workplace experience that helps them being productive in their everyday work life. 

Your main responsibilities 

You will be part of a team with 8 other Value Stream Owners with the responsibility to define and continuously develop value streams that are connected to the digital workplace. This is a journey where you and your colleagues will learn and test a lot along the way to a more value oriented way of working.  You will have a mandate to secure development and quality end-to-end. The result of this is an optimized and seamless end-to-end experience nurturing productivity and satisfaction. Initiatives are based on value and end user inputs, combined with technology possibilities. Together with the team and delivery partner(s) you will refine and prioritise the backlog to make sure that we develop and deliver the best possible productivity services. 

Your Profile 

You enjoy communicating, building relationships, collaborating and are a natural leader. You are highly driven and self-motivated about the work you do and can imagine and determine approaches to solving difficult problems. It is normal to work towards a goal in an agile rhythm and you are always willing to learn. You are innovative and flexible in realising new possibilities when they appear. Having a holistic perspective and seeing how your role fits in to the bigger picture feels natural. Maybe not the specialist on technology but with an understanding of how it works and the benefits it can bring. You have experience of working with vendors.
