VAPS - 4 years is a VAPS model for more market managers. It can be the second or third market manager job they have. The time period is shorter. The purpose is to drive sales and profit in the shorter term and to strengthen the entrepreneurial mindset in market managers.
With VAPS, we develop existing ways of working, create, and utilize business opportunities. All with the purpose of a better customer meeting and an improved IKEA retail business. VAPS follows the total market approach and includes responsibility for all customer meeting points, digital and physical, and the new ways of working with one Profit & Loss and a penetration plan for the market.
VAPS gives the VAPS Market Manager increased responsibility and freedom to operate the Market within a clear agreed framework and to profit financially from maximizing the potential.
We are looking for experienced market managers that want to develop their entrepreneurship further, with the right competence and drive to operate the business.
With this recruitment we want to get closer to a gender balance among existing and new VAPS Managers.

The prerequisites for applying are:
- That your profile is in line with the new Market Manager profile as a base
- That you are experienced with the operation of a store, market
- We want you to have IKEA Market Manager Experience (more than one market)
