Volvo Construction Equipment International Graduate Program Volvo Construction Equipment's International Graduate Program gives university graduates in commercial and technical fields such as Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Product Development and Purchasing opportunities to gain working life experience and to apply their learning in a recognized, international, dynamic and value-driven company.The 14 months program offers a range of opportunities for professional and personal growth.The participants work closely together with experienced Volvo-professionals in consecutive assignments for different parts of the company.Hands-on experiences are coupled with insights in the company's strategic processes.Guided discussions with peers and company executives help to develop the understanding of our company strategies and to develop technical as well as interpersonal skills.The International Graduate program is an international program with participants working in Volvo CE's companies in different countries. The program is divided into four periods and the participants rotate between different departments and places.Minimum one period will be assigned outside the home country.Participants are offered regular full time contracts with entry-level compensation and are expected to continue in a regular position after completed program.Candidates are required to be mobile and be willing to develop their career and experience on an international basis.The participants are expected to have: A Master degree with strong academic performance Less than one year working experience Well developed interpersonal skills and an aptitude for learning Drive for result and self motivation Working proficiency in minimum two languages (one must be English) Willingness to travel Next program will start September 1, 2008.Please submit your application before March 14, 2008, to the following addresses/email addresses or, for positions in Sweden (only Sweden), use the electronic application form.
