Vehicle Delivery Coordinator
As the Vehicle Delivery Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring efficient handling of all customer orders and deliveries in (insert market name). This includes making sure all necessary documentation for vehicle registrations are in order and filed in time, that we are pre-planning delivery activities based on sales forecasts and that you are the link between the sales teams, our engagement centre, logistics and our last mile service teams. You will be reporting to the operations manger North and be a part of the European business operations organization.
What you'll do
- Establish and operate the local vehicle registration processes
- Manage Pre-planning of vehicle delivery activities together with the Last Mile Manager & Sales manager for the Swedish market
- Report into the central KPI structure and target setting processes
- Take part in the forecast processes within Hub North
What you should have
- A great ability to adapt and perform in a constantly changing, fast-paced, highly demanding work environment
- You have an entrepreneurial approach and dare to take decisions
- Experience from either an automotive dealer or similar lines of work involving administration around sales or delivery is a big plus
- Ability to speak English and Swedish
