We are now looking for a Vehicle Product Owner.

What you will do
You own your product – a specific Car – cradle to grave! 

Yes. An entire car. 

Seeing as it is a brand new car the term cradle is accurate as well, it is really possible to impact the product already from the beginning.

In the product development process, you will lead and chair the Product Build Up and Business Decision Meetings in the Release Arenas as well as the Commercial Core Team. You will be responsible for a Car which development and lifecycle maintenance is executed via a large complex project that requires an expert level in project management. The role is cross-functional on the highest level.

You will work closely with the Vehicle Cluster Product Owner who oversees the development of multiple cars. You balance the Car with regards to profitability and making the Car live up to our customer expectations, confidently leading the way forward by aligning all stakeholders from different departments within the company. You are also responsible for planning and securing the commercial launch of the Car. 

In addition, you will also drive development of new business opportunities. The business opportunities need to be formulated, analyzed and evaluated – you will be responsible for this to happen and that deliveries are according to the highest expectations and standards.

Bringing facts and data from investigations together and present to the highest management level will be an integral part of the role.

Who are you?

You have acquired technical knowledge and are confident in technical discussions. You are an expert project leader. You love to deliver and do so even when pressure is high. Your interpersonal skills are very important – you are excellent at navigating and collaborating with representatives from all organizations. You can skillfully lead and influence through others. You are persuasive with a positive attitude - find no task too complex or too difficult to handle. You bring energy and spirit to the teams you work with. You are comfortable presenting and defending your recommendations in front of top management.

You have a university degree in business and/or engineering.
