VENDOR MANAGER WITHIN CONSULTANCY STAFFING – START ASAP

Kvalifikationer
- You have a few years of work experience from working internally at a consultant supplier or consultancy broker
- You have great understanding of consultancy procurement and have some experience from negotiating contracts
- You are fluent in English and ability to communicate on a business level

Job Description
Now we are looking for a Vendor Manager to our international client in Stockholm City!
In this role you will assist the current vendor manager with all cases, processes and implementation connected to consultancy staffing. You will be helping with open requests and contracts for consultants but also own big ticket projects such as review compliance etc.

You daily tasks will include but not be limited to:
• Help procuring great consultants
• Monitor and present offers to stakeholders/hiring managers
• Continuous support to internal and external stakeholders
• Project lead procurement improvements
• Lead and investigate compliance requirements around the globe to set correct processes for
• consultant procurement
• Negotiate contracts
• Solve problems - find the best solution, set the process and implement the change

As a person you are goal oriented and ambitious with an eye for details. You are flexible and are able to prioritize between many different tasks.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and is expected to run for 4 months, with possible extension.
