The Venture Analyst role
Reporting to the Head of Venture Operations, you will be instrumental in supporting the growth of our startup portfolio and evaluating potential investment opportunities. You will work closely with the early phase ventures to conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare material for our investment decisions. Your insights and recommendations will shape our investment decisions and drive the success of our portfolio companies.


Your key tasks may vary over time but will include:
Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify strategic opportunities
Analyzing financial data and creating business cases from scratch
Prepare investment memorandums and other decision material
Be part of cross-functional workstreams to support venture growth and gather new insights, explore and identify value-creation possibilities



Are you our ideal candidate?
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for innovation and sustainability. You should possess strong research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively. You should be comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment and remain composed under pressure. Previous experience in management consulting, venture capital, or business development is preferred.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in consulting, finance or venture capital
Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Passion for innovation and sustainability
Preferably, you have experience in transport and logistics and are adept with technology
You have a proactive and problem-solving mentality combined with high strategic capabilities
