Verification Engineer to Permobil

Responsibilities
Your main task will be new delivers towards the development teams, to test and verify its functionality and ensure compliance with medical device standards. Another important task is to work with product maintenance and tech support to update and refine existing products.

You will work in agile project development teams, from the beginning to the end of the product development lifecycle. Verification tests are both carried out within the software/hardware domain and integrating these on system level.

Your profile
To enjoy and be successful as Permobils new Verification Engineer, we see that you have previous test or verification experience combined with effective communication skills, an analytical and a strategic/problem-solving mindset. We will also consider newly graduated applicants if your profile is within the field.

You have an engineering degree or similar experience in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering. To excel in this role, you have a strong and swift hands-on approach and good knowledge of software and hardware design to be able to deploy, update and configure Permobils systems. You have excellent communications skills in both Swedish and English.

Desired experiences:
- Test of frameworks and automated test setups
- Knowledge in hardware and software design
- Previous knowledge in Jira and Gitlab
- Development for medical devices equipment
