Verification leader, On-Board Telematics, OBT

Core Responsibilities
- Defining and planning the project verification scope
- Follow up the project verification scope according to plan
- Secure that the OBT Verification strategy is implemented and fulfilled
- Coordinate dependent deliveries from VGT and EE department
- Breaking down project verifications request to Epics and Stories together with the project team
- Report verification status of the project
- To create and deliver the Verification Report
- To be the project verification interface to the XF-teams
- To take an active role in improving the verification processes within OBT
- Secure that the OBT Verification process is followed
- Support and assist during Field Test and Performance Validation Test

Required Qualifications
- Master?s degree in electronics / computer engineering or equivalent education
- Experience in Embedded SW functions and/or component test and verification strategy, planning and follow up within projects
- Excellent people management and problem solving skills
- Systematic, analytic, pro-active and open minded
- High customer and business focus
- Experience in managing and providing solutions for verification activities in component and system level within automotive domain
- Well spoken and written English

Meriting Qualifications
We consider experience from verification work in distributed embedded system to be a merit. We also see experience of leading a backlog, develop automatic test on embedded software and knowledge in in Jira Clear Case and GIT to be beneficial. Telematics market knowledge is also qualifying.
