RAN Compute HW and SW development for Ericsson Radio Systems is responsible for development and verification of digital units for GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G/xG.
We work at the front edge of hardware and software design, optimizing our products on performance, quality, cost and delivery precision, to maintain our technology leadership.

Our Exciting Opportunity
We work in the area of Ericsson Radio Systems (ERS) and RAN Compute HW Module Design Verification.
We operate in our in-house sophisticated high touch labs. You will join a team with good spirit that are working in an environment where we control our own planning, methods and tools.
The team locally covers all proficiencies and gives an excellent opportunity to develop your competence within the working areas.
This is HW centric Design Verification, but in this position - developing SW support, you will learn and build competence in SW and system node handling.

What you will do
Create and maintain verification software requirements for each product
Create scripts and test cases based on the commands received based on the verification software requirements
With these scripts, perform function check on new hardware. Make sure that this software is stable before passing on to design verification
Support the verification team with needed adjustments/corrections on script software issues
Define and improve test tools
Investigate new verification methods
Plan and attend meetings for the projects down the line
Broadly cooperate with dependent teams


You will also
Plan and execute verification and validation of the ERS HW products (temperature, humidity, vibration, safety, IPxx, EMC etc.)
Perform trouble shooting in cooperation with design responsible
Write verification specifications and reports
Drive and execute continuous improvements of test methods and processes

Minimum of Bachelor in electronics and computer science or equivalent programs
Working great in a team with people from different subject areas and backgrounds

Having excellent planning and organizing skills
