Our Exciting Opportunity
We are looking for a Test Manager to join our Test & Continuous Integration sector in PDU Compute and Digital Silicon. Our team consists of technical leaders highly skilled within the area of Test Management, Integration and Verification.
This Test Management opportunity is in the area of RAN Compute and Street Macro. In this area we develop the RAN/Radio Computes and Street Macro products that make 5G come to life. Our RAN/Radio Computes is the purpose-built execution platform for our RAN SW supporting GSM, WCMA, LTE and NR and as Test Manager you will be part of the journey to bring new features to these products and help to shape our next-generation products. Our Street Macro products combine this execution platform with our AIR radios to a combined compact product.
You will
• Have a vital and visible role in our projects to ensure that our test activities are accurately analysed, planned, executed and documented (through this we ensure that our products are reaching our customers with great quality and our efficiency when doing so is high)
• Interact with one or several programs and be part of a project team sharing a common focus and objective
• Take ownership to coordinate all test activities the area of responsibility in collaboration with other test managers and other project functions
• Help us to improve by developing and tuning strategies, drive initiatives and assess new opportunities
• Report to the Head of CDS Test Management
To be successful in the role you must have
• 5 - 6 years of experience as a Test Manager or proven experience within the field of Integration & Verification as a senior verification engineer having acted as a team lead or technical project manager
• Ability within the domain of role, driving and facilitating test analysis, planning and coordination and ability to review and approve suggested verification scope as needed
• Experience in coordination and alignment of test activities spanning multiple products and teams
• Experience in working with complex products consisting of both HW and SW and preferably experience working in larger distributed organizations
• Experience from the area of development of telecommunication or networking equipment (a strong advantage)
• Experience from supporting projects with recommendations to milestones and decisions
• Ability to provide process and test strategy support to projects and teams
• Ability to drive continuous improvements of products and processes
• Interest in continuously developing your competence in the technical and leadership domain
