VFX Coordinator

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team!
As a Production Coordinator at ILP, you will ensure an accurate and efficient flow of information and work in close collaboration with the Production Manager and VFX Supervisor of the show. You are an essential link between the work on the production floor and the project management team. Working closely with Pirates in all capacities, you not only get a unique insight into all areas of the VFX workflow but you also get to learn about, and understand, all of the parts (and pirates) that make the whole.

For this role, we are primarily looking for candidates based in Sweden, but we are also open to applicants from the EU/UK.
Your work will include:
Maintaining operational contact with clients and vendors
Booking and preparing for client meetings
Maintaining and updating the project management software (Shotgun)
Preparing dailies meetings
Taking and sharing notes from dailies and meetings
Managing client deliverables
Having daily check-in with artists to review progress and identify any schedule issues
Flagging delays and bottlenecks to the Production Manager or Producer as required

You need the following:
Knowledge of visual effects terminologies and processes
Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent organisational and management skills.
Great administrative and word processing skills.
Attention to detail.
The ability to multitask and being calm under pressure.
A helpful and service minded attitude
High level of initiative, flexibility and confidence.
The ability to quickly learn new terminologies, workflows and softwares.

Experience in the following areas:
Experience as a production assistant/coordinator.
Experience from working with project management softwares, e.g. Shotgun.
