As our Office Administrator you will work closely with our HR team and provide comprehensive administrative support throughout the Office and HR function across the company.
What you will be doing:
Assist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR and Office
Support Talent Acquisition in recruitment related administration
Work actively to find the right candidates within tech sector
Coordinate hiring activities
Place orders and maintain office supply inventory including ordering and maintaining coffee and related supplies
Requirements for the role:
You have strong written and verbal communication skills
You have strong attention to detail
You have basic experience of working with G-suite
You have excellent organisation skills
You are fluent in Russian
