About the job
* Data quality and reporting
* Collate data for sustainability reporting
* Identify opportunities and support key stakeholders to streamline and improve Sustainability, Health, Safety and Quality (SHSQ) data quality
* Support the division in closing gaps in reporting
* Review trends in reported data and flag trends
* Incident reporting and reviews
* Follow up on incident investigation progress with division locations
* Support EHS Managers in locations with incident investigation and RCA process
* Analyse root cause and contributing factors to identify trends and report to division manager
* Support continuous improvement process
* Identify trends in past performance in H&S and areas of improvement
* Work with the division global team to develop H&S tools
* Record and distribute minutes of meetings, following up on open actions with action owners
This role is critical to closing gaps and supporting the continuous improvement of the division within the global sustainability framework at the company.
This is a temporary role, with a potential for extension and potentially a permanent role in the future. You will be working in the Strategy and Business Development team, reporting to the Division's Global Sustainability & EHS Manager.

What we are looking for
Preferred qualifications for this role include completed or currently completing further studies in Sustainability or have professional qualifications in Health, Safety, Environment or Quality.
Experience in Sustainability reporting (e.g. SBTi, Conflict Minerals etc.) and EU legislation would be highly advantageous.
Strong communication skills, multicultural understanding, and the ability to build collaborative relationships are crucial. You should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of leading in a matrix environment. Fluency in English is required.
