Vi söker en Procurement assistant för uthyrning till kund JOB DESCRIPTION: - Assist Procurement Manager in procurement activities, daily as well as strategic and long-term.- Responsible for maintaining internal masterdata (products, prices) - for now in Excel.- Responsible for maintaining and communicating global agreement prices to our 14 countries, in co-operation with the suppliers.- Responsible for creating and maintaining statistics concerning which products our clinics are supplied with, based on Excel files containing transaction data.- Prepare for meetings with (potential) suppliers by extracting relevant supply data from above mentioned sources.- Help administer the information exchange between the central Procurement department and the country organisations (Country Managers, Operation Managers).- Perform procurement activities and call-offs for defined products.- Perform analysis and collect and present statistics of products used and suppliers used, in order to support Procurement Manager in ensuring optimization through standardization of products and suppliers, as well as optimizing inventory management.- Work with available tools to produce reports and statistics of inventory at clinic, regional, national and central level.- Assist Procurement Manager in analysing services and suppliers used, making internal benchmarks and defining standards.- Assist Procurement Manager in gaining an overview of all contracts in place and implementing new contracts or improvements to existing contracts.SKILLS: - Superior command of written and spoken English, other languages are a plus - MS-Office package - Experience in working with Excel.- Structured approach with strong analytical skills.- Fact based working approach - reliable in terms of delivering correct data and delivering on time; willing to do routine work - Process oriented working approach - able to provide a proper analysis and assessment of the overall situation; consequently define and implement processes and work flows; control, follow up, measure and work towards permanent improvement of those processes.- Showing self-initiative and used to work independently.- Dynamic, enthusiastic, motivated and striving to get things done.EDUCATION: - Knowledge typically gained through a Bachelor's Degree in Procurement, Economics or similar.- Experience in mapping, analysis and statistics is a plus- - Experience in working in international environment and corporate structure FÖR MER INFORMATION / ANSÖKNINGAR: Låter tjänsten intressant är du välkommen att skicka in din ansökan med CV och personligt brev.Kunden är i behov av snabb hjälp och vi arbetar med löpande urval, så skicka din ansökan så snart du kan.Ansökningar tas endast emot på vår hemsida.
