The role
We have just embarked on probably the most interesting journey of our business ever and now we are looking for a passionate, creative, empowering business leader to take our Bus and Coach Business in Asia Pacific to the future.


Together with a highly dedicated and professional team you will develop and implement the business strategy needed to accelerate our journey towards the new tomorrow.


Drive the transformation from product sales to solutions sales, maximizing customer success and market opportunities for Volvo.


Enable strong relationships and closer cooperation with our market companies, private importers and our dealer and service network.


Risk manage the scope of the business.


Be a member of Business Unit Chassis leadership team. As a member of the leadership team you will be involved in strategy, business, people and culture development and other initiatives.


You

You have a master’s degree or equivalent as the basis for your career. You are fluent in English. International business experience is a merit. The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona in combination with a strong track record and references.


The position reports to the Senior Vice President of Business Unit Chassis and is a member of the Business Unit Chassis management team.


Location & Timeline
The position is based somewhere in Asia Pacific. Travel is expected but we highly value work/life balance.
