Arbetsbeskrivning
As Vice President Battery & Sales you will be responsible for:
· Developing the Gränges EV business
· Development of business solutions to the EV industry
· Sourcing of material and thermal management components
· New business outside the flat rolled aluminum products
· Analysis and business investment calculations
· Lead and coach a small team and external partners towards set aggressive growth targets for the segment.
· Hold the responsibility for the segment P&L, meaning sales, pricing, profitability and product development
Personality, Qualifications & Experience
We believe that you have:
· Master’s degree in engineering, business administration or equivalent
· Solid track record from delivering strong commercial results and revenue growth as well as international experience, preferably with on-site experience from working in key automotive markets such as Germany, France, the US, China, Korea, etc.
· Commercially focused executive with network within and deep knowledge of the Aluminum/Automotive industry/Tier 1s and OEMs
· Good understanding of change processes in international companies within the industry
· Strong analysis and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on short- and long-term customer demands and overall
· Strong communication and influencing skills with a solid ability to build strong relationships with key customers and other key external and internal
· Ability to work collaboratively across functions
· Proven people management skills, a people leader with an ability to motivate, inspire and create a strong team as well as developing organizational capabilities
· Strong performance management skills with ability to identify and disseminate best practices and get things done
· Down to earth, humble yet ambitious, strong international mindset, with an ability to adapt to the company culture in Gränges
