Vice President Customer Success

About the role
We are looking for a Vice President (VP) Customer Success to manage our recently established Customer Success organization. The role includes developing and implementing procedures and routines for a professional and positive customer experience for our customers, the goal is to help our customers to achieve their business outcomes through their investment in Mobilaris. The demand for our solutions is growing fast and the number of customers around the world is increasing quickly, which makes the new Customer Success function important for of our long-term customer relations and after sales procedures.

The role involves supporting of our customers in the phases following the delivery of our deployment projects, which means supporting the sales organization when it comes to after sales and also to manage local technical sales support. The VP Customer Care will be responsible for all employees within in the customer care organization. The Customer Success organization includes our Operations team handling support and maintenance duties, as well as our regional solutions managers in our globally spread Mobilaris entities.

Mobilaris Mining & Civil Engineering is co-owned (34%) by Epiroc and our market approach is aligned with the Epiroc international sales organization. As VP Customer Success you will also be responsible for building and developing the relationship with Epiroc´s local organizations in order to collaborate and interact in customer support issues.

We are looking for an agile leader with international working experience. You should have a keen interest finding the best ways to develop, build and implement a new organization from the start. Previous experience from the IT industry is a bonus, but not a requirement. The role will include some travelling due to our global presence.
