Vice President Finance & Business Transformation

The chosen candidate will have the overall responsibility for Finance and Business Transformation for Tetra Pak Packaging Development and Engineering (D&E).The position reports to the Executive Vice President Development and Engineering with a strong functional link to the Senior Vice President Finance and Business Transformation (F&BT).You will consequently seat in the management teams of both D&E and F&BT.
Within this context you will have key responsibilities for:

- the development and implementation of business control competences, methods and models
- financial control of the development and engineering activity portfolio
- leading the target & budget setting and follow up process
- participation in all key product decisions and their implications
- coordination of the Business Transformation process

Position description & key tasks:

- Lead Global Development & Engineering budget setting, consolidation and expense follow up process
- Lead customer system cost analysis to support strategic and project decisions
- Lead portfolio budget process for GLT portfolio & budget approval
- Lead development and implementation of Cost/Feature trade off Models
- Lead Platform/Package Target Costing Process & Modeling (control & reference models including Competitive Benchmarks)



Kvalifikationer

The successful candidate will have Masters Degree in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
An additional degree in Engineering is seen as an advantage.You will have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Financial Reporting and Control with at least three years at a senior manager level.
Experience of managing products and investments in an Industrial Development function is highly valued.
Understanding of Tetra Pak (cluster, market company and/or business area) or similar organizational structure is also beneficial.

As a person you have a high level of drive and energy, good business understanding and a strategic and proactive mindset.You are a good communicator and are able to communicate effectively at all levels in a matrix organization.
