Primary responsibilities:
Act as the customers voice within Munters related to Quality with zero defects as mindset
Lead the Safety and Environmental improvement activities within Global Operations and align around best ways of working
Lead the Quality, Safety and Environmental networks to share and implement better practices
Create regional strategies for how to best implement safety/quality cultures
Secure Quick feedback from customers related to Quality issues.
Implement way of working to ensure that Safety, Quality and Environment is taken in consideration in everything we do.
Initiates and implements quality improvement activities as appropriate (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) to raise the performance of the company’s product lines.
Insures proper education programs are established to communicate and insure appropriate safety, quality and environmental levels
Secure a solid way of working for problem identification, resolution, loss reporting and continuous improvement.
Insures proper management of all ISO 9001 programs pertaining to each location
Supports concurrent engineering efforts by participating in design development projects representing quality assurance and the customer.
Insures the establishment and implementation of appropriate metrics (process capability, control charts, measurement quality) for monitoring systems effectiveness and to enable managers to make sound product quality decisions.
Establishes collection and analysis systems of statistical data to predict trends that will affect improvement of product quality.
Develops process certification standards and assist in process certification..
Interacts with customers to identify opportunities to improve quality and establish feedback with manufacturing and development personnel.
Reports to management on quality issues, trends and losses.
Participates in internal and external quality audits.
Interfaces/coordinates with other Munters’ departments to improve, maintain, and develop processes
Interfaces with supplier and customer quality representatives concerning problems with quality control and assure that effective corrective action is implemented.
