Vice President Human Resources Academic Search Executive Recruitment is currently working together with one of Malmö's most international companies to find a new VP of HR for one of its business divisions.This is an international role that craves a person with strong business experience, and one that works with business driven HR where focus and understanding of the company's businesses are of the greatest importance.You have experience from working within a matrix organization, where you have a proven track record in leading and driving HR business processes, as well as having focus in your area of HR expertise.You are an experienced executive that thrives in working within an international environment, and also have experience from working within a large multinational and multi site company.This role includes the total responsibility for all activities relating to Management development, Competence Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Resourcing, and as well as their implementation within the business division.This is a permanent position which requires up to 75 travel days per year, located in Malmö and reports to the Director of HR, as well as the Managing Director for the specific business division.
