We are looking for an engaged Vice President Human Resources for our Technology & Digital division to execute our People & Leadership strategies and contribute to excellence.

Epiroc Technology and digital division is the center of gravity in the areas of automation and digitalization for Epiroc. The division is transforming itself from an internal technology and service provider to a fully commercial division. These changes puts additional requirements on the People & Leadership role within the division to actively contribute to this transformation. This role is also responsible for HR, communication and SHEQ for the division and the legal unit Epiroc Rock Drills AB.
Your mission
As a key leader within the division, you actively contribute to the division’s strategy and further define and execute the corresponding People & Leadership strategy, with customer centricity as a core. You provide human resource leadership throughout the division - towards General Managers, division management and others in the division, as well as directly within Human Resources teams. You drive a performance culture and continuous improvement, making sure that our organization in both product companies and customer centers has an efficient structure.
In addition you lead the internal communication and SHEQ for the division and the legal unit in Örebro. You take an active role in coordinating activities across the Epiroc companies in Sweden.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, we believe you are efficient and proactive, with strategic execution skills developed in an international environment. You are driven with positive enthusiasm and a pragmatic approach and have the ability to collaborate with business leaders and employees to drive change and achieve business goals. Times of change and transformation require leadership with clear vision but also creativity through challenging the status quo, thinking outside the box for opportunities for organizational and business development and delivering outstanding results.
You have a University degree within Human Resources/Organizational Management or similar fields. You have extensive experience of leading the Human Resources function to create tangible business results. You have a great understanding of the importance of good communication and put sustainability high on the agenda.
As our corporate language is English, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.

Location & travel
This positon is based in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel will be required in this position.
