We are looking for an engaged Vice President Innovation & Technology to drive our long-term R&D strategies in a coordinated effort for all the divisions in Epiroc. As Vice President Innovation & Technology you will be a part of Epiroc Technology  & Digital Management Team. You will have a close collaboration with all the divisions.


Your mission
 As chair of R&D Council you will drive the long term technology roadmap for all the divisions at Epiroc. You will also be responsible for strategic R&D programs. You will mentor and follow up of common projects and drive common initiatives within the business, for example sustainability KPI. You will take a dynamic role in coordinating and drive technology scouting in line with the strategy and roadmaps. You will also work with process alignment to optimize the total information flow.

In this role you will also promote Epiroc Standards together with CMTEC which is our engineering center in Bangalore, India. You will work close with the Process and Application manager and will handle external partnerships related to R&D, for example University Collaboration. Coordinate technical eco system will also be a part of your responsibility.

To do minor tasks such as annual reports, financial administration will also be part of the work.

In this role the Process and Application manager will report to you and you will be reporting to the Technology & Digital division President.

As our corporate language is English, excellent verbal and written communication skills in English is required.


Location & Travel
This position is based in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel will be required in this position.
