We are looking for a Vice President Manufacturing to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our newly established team in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up Revolt and our recycling plants in Europe by leading strategic and tactical manufacturing operations for future expansion of our recycling plants.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to
Act as focal integration point for the industrialization and transition of our manufacturing know how by managing all necessary constraints, workflows, technology, and operational objectives.
Measure performance of supply chain & production operations, driving continuous improvement by inspiring team and installing rigor in regular operational forums.
This role demands intense attention to detail, understanding of manufacturing interference's, as well as communication and interpersonal skills to bridge an international team across a broad geographic area.
You will build and own the Northvolt Revolt industrialization road map across all key functions within manufacturing.

We believe that you have :
A degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years working experience in manufacturing environment.
Excellent English written and oral skills.
Bonus points for:
Experience in attery or recycling industry.
Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French).
Experience from a multi-cultural environment.
