As Vice President Marketing you will be a part of the HemoCue Leadership Team and report to the President of HemoCue. The position offers a very unique opportunity to lead and develop Global Marketing. Additionally, as HemoCue is part of Radiometer and Danaher Group, the position offers a potentially highly dynamic international career with ability to grow and develop professionally in many possible directions.
The Job
To be successful, you must possess qualified marketing and leadership skills. Your responsibilities, among others, will include
Lead global marketing function, marketing communications, digital strategy, branding and positioning to maximize global growth Secure alignment between central and decentralised units Provide strategic marketing and partnership programme skills Understand the clinical uses of HemoCue products Transform customer needs to product road map Implement and drive processes such as lead generating, customer retention, segmentation, business development
Qualifications
A commercial master degree or engineering master degree. MBA degree is desirable Substantial experience within a complex marketing organisation, preferably within medical technology industry Credentials of building/leading a marketing organisation. Track record from demanding, action-biased environment Proven experience in developing marketing strategies and positioning products Strong strategic and analytical mind-set & business acumen. Track record from growing P&L’s Hands-on experience as technically oriented sales rep. or product manager Perfect English in speech and writing is required Competency within the area of Digital Strategy. Comfortable with IT, data management and connectivity
