Your primary responsibilities are wide spread as this role will initially constitute the company's entire legal, administrative, HR and finance department.
You will handle challenges connected to internationalization and fast paced expansion. You will advise the organisation in tax and VAT rules, terms of employment in different markets, invoicing, cashflow and accounting routines, payment and currency issues, managing all contracts within the entire organisation. Set routines for an efficient organisation throughout.
The assignment is to support all various departments with analysing, budgeting and forecasts. Also various legal and administrative tasks linked to finance. The role is very operational but also includes to be able to operate strategically. Your tasks will include those in the Nordic region as well as in other countries, both Europe and world wide.
To succeed you need to be system intuitive, tech-savy, analytical and meticulous.
Your core responsibilities will be:
Provide best of breed finance management
Manage meetings concerning all different chores with different parts of the organisation
Constant monitoring and analysis of finance and operational performance
Meticulously maintain and manage a high level of duties within the finance field
Handle and reach specific objectives across different markets and in multiple languages
Constant optimizations of routines to increase the overall operational performance of organisation
Responsible for managements within fields of finance and regarding fast paced expansion and all administrative tasks in general connected with intensive growth
Report and analyse data and statistics within your responsibilities
Optimize all routines, agreements and processes in general to improve performance in all areas of the business
Identify and suggest new processes that can be implemented to improve the company's service in Nordic region or world wide
Inform and give feedback of how to enhance the business and improve the products, organisation or services
To be considered for the role you will need:
5 years’ online industry experience (within similar role/field)Strong background and understanding in the area of online media
Proven experience in client relationships and administrating finance
Excellent knowledge of financial coherence
Passion for interactive media and performance based social and online advertising
Strong analytical skills. Must be very proficient in Excel. (Formulas, vlookups, modelling etc.)
Some start-up experience is preferred
Strong track record of success in offering outstanding service and innovation leading to revenue growth and ROI in the field of business
Ability to assess and resolve any issues encountered with any partners working with the company.
Degree qualification essential
Ability to deliver in a time-sensitive environment
Proactive and highly motivated and hardworking personality with the desire to succeed
