Do you want to join our global team in the exiting journey to lead, design och orchestrate the Performance & Career Management processes at Höganäs AB?
About the position
Höganäs is the global thought leader in its industry and our ambition is to become the first green metal powder producer in the world. In the position as VP of Performance & Career Management, your overall scope is to lead, design and orchestrate the end-to-end Performance Management processes and enable and support career flows across the global organisation.
You drive our continuous Performance Management process in all the classical areas and ensure both compliance and quality. Set the message of the global EVP in the organisation and as a part of our Employer Brand and together with the business create an excellent employee journey. You design and define Career Enablement principles, driving accountability across employee, leaders, and the organization as an enabling party for running processes that ensure a strong talent pipeline and succession plans to both leadership roles and critical specialist roles. Our future success is built upon that we attract, develop and retain the right people. You will also be responsible for the trainee program and together with the rest of the HR community build and foster the culture and behavior we need on our journey of transformation of Höganäs.
You report to the Senior Vice President Group HR & Communications, you are a member of the Global HR Leadership team and you will be a part of a dynamic and experienced HR community around the world.
The position is located in Höganäs, but we also have an office in Malmö. We offer you flexible working hours and remote work possibility when that is preferred. Travel to our sites around the world is sometimes needed but most of the days we use our excellent digital tools to save both the planet and your valuable time.
Your profile

You are used to work in large organisations and drive complex projects cross markets
We believe that you come from a background working in different HR roles close to the business with at least 10-12 years on the job specific experience within the area of performance and career management. You have a bachelor’s degree, experience and certified in several Performance and Career Management tools (grading systems, 360, personality tests, Talent assessment). Proficiency in both the Swedish and English language is required.
