Job Summary
We are looking for a VP Processing Channel Management & Key Components within our Processing Solutions & Equipment organization who will support the growth of the company through channel management and key components.
The objective of the organization is to deliver integrated industrial food solutions. The business sector Channel Management & Key Components has as mission to design the strategy for our products and support the growth through multiple sales channels.
In this role you will report to EVP Processing Solutions & Equipment and will drive an organization that has around 250 people located globally. The preferred location is Sweden/Denmark, but we consider other locations in Europe as well.
What you will do
As VP Processing Channel Management & Key Components you will:
Develop and execute Processing Strategy for the Key Components, Channels and Filtration Solutions in line with Global Strategy
Develop strategy for channels that will deliver growth of key components and identified other Tetra Pak solutions including services
Expanding the channel management business strategy through 3rd party channels
Define annual and 3yr financial targets
Deal/Opportunity Management CE Processing (decision to quote/accept price, margin, risk and resourcing) using different business models based on solution and market
Implement commercial practices and ensure compliance
Receive demands from markets and from business streams and deliver competitiveness with products / key components
Drive profitability through lower cost of goods sold in capital equipment design and production
Support service sales growth and profitability for the subcategories.
Drive productivity in the way of working by leveraging the world class engineering and management systems in Tetra Pak
Develop and drive the engineering and competence standards for the subcategories / portfolio
Drive Pricing through the chosen business model
We believe you have
You are strategic and expansive in your thinking and used to drive change on a global level. We believe that you operated internationally, and you are experienced to work on executive level.
You have a good ability at managing multiple sales channels as well as handling all the implied challenges.
If you have been involved in acquisitions or market consolidations that would be a plus.
You possess a high-level business understanding, autonomy with strong drive for results and outstanding stakeholder management, influencing skills and the ability to deal with ambiguity & continuous change in terms of work scope and challenges identified. In addition, you have a high customer focused mindset and possess the ability to listen and respond to customer’s needs.
As a person, you have demonstrated excellent communication skills and have a proven ability to manage internal and external relationships in a cooperative, diplomatic, and successful manner. You have a proven ability to develop effective relationships and gain credibility on all levels in an organization.
You possess a university background within business management, engineering or similar and you have a very good understanding of the machinery business.
