About the position
As VP Sales International you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, market share, sales and profitability in the International region. The team you lead will be the primary interface between VCE and its dealer partners. As VP Sales International you will develop a high performing dealer network in the region and in close collaboration with respective Center of Expertise you will drive and develop Productivity, Uptime and Parts services.
In close collaboration with colleagues and dealer partners you will work with high level of business acumen, holistic view and continuous improvement approach to reach the targets.
You will report to our SVP Sales Europe from an operational point of view but the regional business performance will be governed be a regional board consisting of members of VCE executive management team.
 
You will lead a regional management team consisting of a number of functions and four commercial market areas, Africa, Middle East & Turkey, Oceania, Russia & CIS. This position is part of a new Volvo CE regional structure which means that you will be able to build up the regional structure from start in alignment with other Volvo CE sales regions.
 
What will you do?
Be the primary interface between Volvo CE and its dealer partners in the region
Develop a high performing dealer network in the region, in close collaboration with Retail Development function 
Assume customer satisfaction, market share, sales and profitability responsibility for the region
Capture the full service potential in the region
Lead and develop the regional delivery of Uptime, Productivity and Parts Services, in close collaboration with respective Center of Expertise
Drive specific regional strategic and tactical objectives
Report performance and development to the regional board

We expect that you have:
University degree or appropriate academic qualification
Minimum 7-10 years from a senior leadership commercial role within transport solution/construction industry
In-depth knowledge of capital equipment industry – market trends, financial indicators, equipment financing, competitor products and strategies, customer segments and customer support criterion, dealer business model operations
Extensive experience from dealer business and operation
Senior global leadership experience in multi-cultural environment and in a matrix structure
Solid experience in strategy development and execution
A passion for people and organizational development and to be part of Building Tomorrow
Ability to build and develop organizational culture, cope with organizational agility and drive continuous improvement
Willingness to travel internationally on frequent basis



Location for this position can be discussed within Volvo CE Europe locations.
