Vice President, Services Supply Network

In this role, you will be responsible for leading resources needed to provide world-class parts supply operations, global planning and customer order-handling for the material part of the service business.


What you will do


• Ensure right first-time delivery of spare parts, consumables and other materials to our customers
• Identify and implement continuous improvement activities to optimise the performance of the services supply chain as well as to improve services operations efficiency/effectiveness and customer satisfaction
• Manage the global Distribution Centres and workshops (in-house and outsourced)
• Ensure that all activities within the area comply with rules and regulations established by authorities, as well as Tetra Pak procedures and guidelines
• Drive efficiency and automation in the administration centres while maintain strong focus on customer satisfaction


The position is based in Lund, Sweden.


Who you are?


To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things. You are a proven leader with a background of strategic development of a service business.


We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have 10-15 years of experience from working in an industry of services/spare parts/supply chain.


A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
