We are looking for a Vice President Strategy & Product Management
Do you want to be in the front seat of setting out the direction of future digital services for sustainable mobility on a global scale, for leading carmakers? Do you also enjoy creating and maintaining direct relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners?

We believe that strong leadership, a large network, and being very far ahead in terms of knowledge of the ecosystem of automotive digital services are crucial for this role. As a member of the WirelessCar Management Team you are a key leader at WirelessCar and must be a role model for our Mission, Vision, and Spirit.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and manage the business strategy so that it drives and empowers our customers' future development in all aspects e.g. market, product strategy, site, and innovation.
- Build the strategic outlook and directions based on analysis of the market, both now and in the future. Ensure return of investment for our business offerings of products and customer solutions
- Own the product offering so we are at the forefront of the industry.
- Develop and evolve company strategy framework and yearly update.



Be a visual and public role model within the company for our Mission, Vision, and Spirit. Lead your department that includes a Strategy Manager, Head of Product Management and the line organization for Product Owners and Product Managers, and Head of Business Portfolio. You will report to our CEO.

The VP Strategy & Product Management needs to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. You are a people person and result driven with a strong customer focus and highly developed business acumen. There is a clear agenda to grow with profitability and it is essential to have the interest to take an active part in this change journey and putting WirelessCar in the driver's seat within the automotive industry.

We believe that you bring

- Global mindset and previous experience of working in an international environment, a solid knowledge of digital solutions within connected cars and mobility is an advantage.

- Genuine and strong ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams. We also see that you contribute with the leadership competence you gained from previous management positions.
- Analytical and structured approach and strong execution skills to achieve your own and the company's ambitious targets.

- Fluent in English both written and spoken

At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. We see a possibility for a set-up located anywhere in the world where we have our offices, such as in Gothenburg (Sweden), Beijing (China), Detroit (USA) and soon to be Munich (Germany).
