Vice President Warranty Operations

We are looking for a true leader who would love to leader our Warranty Operations, someone who will bring great leadership skills, who wants to challenge our team, colleagues, and global network to grow further and take our Warranty Operations department to the next level. Your competence is within aftermarket and management.
Who are we?
Warranty operations is a department within Volvo Trucks Quality and Warranty function in Gothenburg, consisting of 11 dedicated professionals. We collaborate closely together with different business areas, truck divisions and other entities of Volvo Trucks to develop the best ways of working to support our dealer’s and customer’s success. Our aim is to provide the best warranty claim process for our markets and dealers in the industry.
These are your main responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead and develop a dedicated team who works closely together with the Volvo Trucks Sales Areas and Markets to provide and efficient warranty process for Volvo Trucks markets and importers to increase customer satisfaction. You will also have the responsibility for parts of the Renault Trucks warranty operations as a shared service.
Your main responsibilities include to drive the strategic development, secure warranty policies, guidelines and process governance including applicable system set-up and support our markets and dealers globally and contribute with training and training material within our area.
You report to the SVP Quality & Warranty in Volvo Trucks.

Qualifications
Technical university degree or equivalent knowledge based on experience
Strong, positive and inspiring leader & management team member who have the experience and ability to attract, motivate, and lead a team in a multi-brand business environment
Inspired by working in a fast and changing international environment
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate globally across all levels of the organization world-wide
Good at prioritizing and ability to meet agreed deadlines
Experience from warranty and/or aftermarket area
Customer oriented with Truck product knowledge
Volvo aftermarket systems and process knowledge
Excellent in English, both verbal and written
