Job brief
We are looking for a Chef or kitchen assistent to join our team and prepare delicious authentic Vietnamese meals for our customers.
responsibilities include setting up menus and preparing high-quality authentic Vietnamese dishes. If you have experience or knowledge of traditional and authentic Vietnamese cooking techniques and ingredients, we’d like to meet you.


Responsibilities
Preparing authentic Vietnamese recipes and gather all necessary ingredients
Cook food in a timely manner
Ensure appealing plate presentation
Slightly modify recipes to meet customers’ needs and requests (e.g. reduce salt, remove herbs)
Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients



Requirements
Deep knowledge and understanding of authentic Vietnamese cuisines and culture.
Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
Good time management abilities
Read and speak well vietnamese
