Visits Coordinator - Customer Relations

Customer Relations support the market companies by providing a unique customer experience that will support the sales process and secure strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

We can offer you a challenging position within the Customer Relations team that currently consists of 15 members, in a creative and stimulating environment.In the position of Coordinator you will have the possibility to expand your Tetra Pak knowledge as well as creating a strong network within Tetra Pak.You will be working in close cooperation with market companies, business units as well as having some direct customer contact.

Your main areas of responsibility will be:

- Set up and drive complete programs for customer visits in Lund, including agreeing to the overall objective of the visit with the market company
- Coordinate the presenters, arrange all activities and logistics necessary for a successful visit
- Be responsible for various projects and events within Customer Relations and at the same time assist your colleagues with other projects

Kvalifikationer

As a person you possess excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.Typically, you are a customer oriented team player with good cultural sensitivity and networking skills.Commercial awareness, planning and organisational skills are highly valued.Furthermore, we believe you have relevant business and/or sales related experience together with a high school education.Excellence in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
