Background
Aurenav Sweden AB and its group companies specialize in providing payroll and other business support services to international organizations active on the Swedish market. We are now looking for a new payroll administrator for processing client payrolls and related tasks, as part of our growing payroll team.
Requirements
The person we are looking for should have a solid practical understanding of Swedish payroll processing, and possess a professional degree (Swe. “Yrkesutbildning”) in payroll processing or a similar level of certified knowledge and experience of the subject. Due to the international nature of Aurenav’s client base, our main working language is English, but the position also requires the candidate to speak fluent Swedish.
Essential Skills
Excellent understanding and experience of the principles and practice involved in the operation of a Swedish payroll.
A full working knowledge of the Visma Spcs payroll administration software.
Fluency in both English and Swedish (English is the official language for inter-company communications).
A full working knowledge of common office software such as Excel and Word.
Confident user of both Internet and e-mail.
A "can do" attitude and the ability to take ownership of designated tasks
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communicator with customers and sound organization skills.
Able to multitask.
Ethical approach to maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
A flexible approach to learning new skills and taking on extra responsibilities to meet the changing needs of the business.

Desirable Additional Skills
Specific experience in using Visma Lön 600.
Specific experience in using Hogia Lön
Experience of working in an international company.
Experience of using Swedish and international web portal for the secure transfer of payroll-related personal information.
Knowledge and experience in handling Swedish bookkeeping, accounting and financial planning would be advantageous but is not a requirement for this position.

Job Description
Employer: Aurenav Sweden AB
Location: Stockholm (Farsta). Our office has convenient access to the Stockholm subway (Green line) as well as the commuter train-lines 43 and 43X.
Work hours: Full-time
Duration: Without a fixed duration (Swe. “fast anställning”), subject to a 6 month probation period.
You will be working in a small team on the following tasks:
Independently administrating salary payments based on client and management instructions for a pool of clients assigned to you by the Aurenav Chief Financial Officer based on the needs of our company and your currently assigned pool of Aurenav clients.
Assist with other administrative tasks relating to Aurenav and its client base.
Handle communications with Aurenav clients, Swedish authorities, client employees, and other parties relevant to our service by e-mail and phone.
