As a Visual Designer at SeenThis, your mission will be to craft high-quality design concepts for video and image content, to come up with clever visual ideas for future campaigns - and to be part of taking our brand ID to the next level.

You will be our first designer with a full focus on the SeenThis brand, which means you will have the possibility to tailor your role - and you will have endless possibilities to grow. Expect to work with both the high and low, to balance fast forwardness with quality craft, and of course - to be challenged and have a lot of fun.

About the Role
In order to facilitate and accelerate the strong growth SeenThis is experiencing, there is an urgent need to start working more actively and strategically with our brand and our creative content.

As a Visual Designer, your main responsibility will be to:

- Work with the brand platform and our assets

- Create visuals for our own and bought channels

- Produce high-quality content (images, movies, and animations)

- Proactively come up with new creative ideas for campaigns/assets

- Update and adapt templates, so all visuals are aligned with our brand identity



You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and support different business areas across the organization, for example, Sales, Tech, and Recruitment.

About You
We are looking for a creative genius (or a simple human) who can take our visual world to the next level. It would be great if you are up to date with the latest trends and can guide us in the blurry jungle of digital design and content creation. SeenThis is a flat, fast-paced organization and you will most likely fit right in if you like to bring new ideas to the table - and then, make them a reality. With some guidance and help from the team of course!

This is the first time we hire a dedicated Visual Designer for SeenThis, so feel free to share all the good stuff you can contribute to our company.

You have:

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role

- Experience working with the Adobe Creative Suite/ Creative Cloud

- Experience in creating 3D animations

- Professional proficiency in Swedish & English

- Basic understanding of brand strategy and branding principles



To stand out from the crowd:

- Coding skills (HTML, CSS)

- Proven experience in Adobe Premiere / After Effects

- A start-up mindset (or maybe you have experience working at a startup/scaleup?) - and experience from creating things from scratch!
