Visual Designer (Senior Graphical User Interface Designer)

At Cliff Design, we focus on design! We are working with project based commitments in our own studio and as design consultants on site at our clients design departments. We constantly need to be challenged and are always interested in connecting with dedicated creative souls. Currently we are searching for UX/UI Designers.

Job Description

You will be responsible of designing user experiences for cars and connecting services. Considering the whole scope of UX you are to challenge and innovate the way users interact with the whole eco-system of products and services. You will work on site at one of our clients UX Design department. The department is a cross-functional team where inter-disciplinary focus, curiosity and drive are highly valued.

Responsibilities and tasks
Design digital graphical user interfaces for cars and connecting services
Design new or re-design current layouts and interaction solutions
Create pixel perfect graphic elements and icons for implementation
Create animated effects and transitions using After Effects or similar tool
Work close together with interaction and software engineers and see to that the design is implemented according to expectations
Present user interface concepts on design reviews

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Interaction and UX Design, Media Arts or similar
Experience of working as a graphical designer and UI designer
Software such as Figma, Photoshop, After Effects and Blender
Excellent skills and ability to work in a structured way in software tools
Excellent in English, spoken and written
Driver’s license

Extraordinary visual design and user experience skills as well as ability to understand complex logics
The candidate needs to be self-motivated and to have a hands-on getting things done attitude
Ability to drive, motivate and convince
Structured, methodical, and analytical with good planning skills
Flexible, and able to work under constrained time schedules
Good communication skills and ability to work in group
Responsive to feedback and able to follow directions from the design management
