About the role

Join us during a time of exciting worldwide expansion as Visual Merchandiser. In this role within our Global Customer & Marketing team, you will support Hästens primarily by developing extraordinary visual merchandising and an amazing store experience for our customers, create visual guidelines, planning and support >200 new Hästens stores/year worldwide.

Hästens is in a high-growth phase as a company, so this position will be pivotal in supporting the global teams responsible for executing the organizational growth.

Responsibilities

- Propose the visual merchandising objectives and key results, lead and drive the development in collaboration with the Global Store Experience Lead and other internal stakeholders.

- Combine creativity and customer experience design with commercial thinking, analytical knowledge and find ways to maximize sales, so that Hästens can continue to offer customers around the world the best possible experience when shopping in every market.

- Lead and set a sustainable and profitable long-term VM plan and secure roll out globally.

- Create VM plans for new and existing POS globally following the VM guidelines.

- Collaborating with key stakeholders, such as Procurement, Product Management, Sales and the larger Marketing Team, and contribute to the business execution in store.

- Training of our sales organization, our retail organization and our distribution partner

- Deliver visual guidelines, shop windows and VM support services to Hästens globally.

- Ensure optimal presentation and styling to meet our consumer’s needs.

- Ensure that our collaborations is tailored to fit perfectly in each market.

- Lead the VM campaign development in store in line with the overall Marketing campaign plan.

- Review, refine and set up end-to-end VM processes to increase agility, speed, efficiency and effectiveness in delivering projects internally and globally.

Experience

- Academic degree within Visual Merchandising, design or a closely related field is preferred but not mandatory

- 5+ years of relevant practical VM experience within a premium brand.

- Strong sense for retail and an interest in customer experience.

- Experience in developing visual guidelines, store window displays, campaign follow up - in store, support, training.

- Experience in using tools such as Sketchup, ArchiCAD/CAD, Creative suit ( Ps, Ai, Id) Microsoft Office365 (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint/OneDrive), Slack, Zoom
