ABOUT THE ROLE
In line with our passion and vision of enabling more people to enjoy and experience the outdoors we are investing a lot in building a world class online experience for our users. One of the ways of doing just that is by strengthening our team with additional Visual Merchandisers for E-Com for future expansions to new markets.


This role will give you the opportunity to work both strategically and operationally as a project manager and specialist. You will be responsible for the planning, creation and delivery of online campaigns in different regions. In this position you will play a key role in creating a great customer experience by ensuring that our digital campaigns are of the highest quality. One of your main responsibilities is to secure that content and copy meet the overarching brand requirements as well as local market needs. A lot of the work we do is project driven and you will act as a bridge to other functions and divisions within the Fenix Retail organisation to ensure that the implementation of new websites goes smoothly and according to plan.


The position is a full-time position based out of Stockholm. You will report to our Head of Visual Merchandising. Due to COVID-19 we are currently working a lot from home.


WHAT YOU’LL DO
In more detail you will focus on the following:
Participate and manage projects related to establishment of e-com sites in new markets.
Together with the SEO responsible handle and act upon the SEO strategy. We expect you to keep up to date with the latest developments in the search, content and social world that impacts SEO.
Be a part of content creation, development and the optimization of processes and initiatives in the CMS. You will constantly looking to automate steps of the content and publishing process.
Follow up weekly sales and make appropriate actions together with other functions
Create, publish, and promote content across site, newsletter, Instagram and Facebook.
Shared responsibility for site maintenance and improvement – error reporting, testing and approval.
Optimization of front-end features for better customer experience and increased sales
Communicate and safeguard the Naturkompaniet brand by maintaining a consistent look and feel throughout all web properties
Maintain and develop the master content calendar for all web properties by working cross-departmentally (e. g plan and execute of sales campaigns according to the marketing plan)



WHO YOU ARE
We think you would be a great match for the position if you possess the following experiences, traits and abilities:
Between two - four years working experience from a visual merchandiser role within digital/e-com. Ideally you’ve worked for a retail company or premium brand before.
Experience from expanding to and managing content planning and creation in multiple markets
A degree within business, marketing or similar
You are a data driven digital native with a special interest for visual content planning and creation. You combine a technical and creative expertise with a passion for creating the best user experience.
You have experience from working in projects. Both as a contributor and project manager.
You are proficient in digital image post-production and content creation. You have a black belt in the Adobe product suite
You have a technical understanding and a solid computer and system experience, especially from integrations between translation platforms and CMS
Solid analytical ability and previous knowledge in GA
Experience working together with digital and analytic agencies as well as internal stakeholders on delivering results.
You are used to and have a strong track record of delivering according to planned targets and milestones. You believe in disciplined work mixed with brilliant moments of creativity and innovation.
Your manager would describe you as self-propelled and motivated to initiate and generate action in a positive and proactive way.

You are fluent in English both verbal and in writing (Swedish or Norwegian is considered a plus!)
