Visualisation Artist needed for a client in Gothenburg!

Are you an experienced Visualisation Artist looking for an exciting opportunity? Then this position might be for you!

In this role you will be part of a friendly and highly engaged team supporting their Senior Material Artist, close with Design and Marketing Visualisation Artists and Designers.

Job Assignments

Your role as a Visualisation Designer will involve the following aspects:
• Create a future material pipeline in cooperation with our client’s team.
• Creating material for V-ray in Maya, Vred and Unreal Engine.
• Surface material scanning using Vizoo - xTex material scanner.
• Preparing texture and creating material in Substance Designer.

Requirements

Our client is looking for someone who fulfills the following criteria:

• You have broad experience in the visualization industry, focusing on scanning and digitalizing of surface materials, PBR materials creation using advanced technology and software.
• You have experience working as a Visualisation Artist and/or Material Artist.
• Experience working with: Surface Material Scanning, Substance Designer, Maya + V-ray, VRED, Photoshop, Nuke and After Effect.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Meritorious

• It is meritorious if you have experience working with Unreal Engine and/or Omniverse.
• It is a plus if you have knowledge in MDL and Python scripting.
• Your preferably have a strong artistic eye and understanding of colors, lighting, and composition.
