Vizrt Expert Programmer

Ardendo is a software company focusing on development of systems for digital media management and IT-based broadcasting.Our international customer base includes several well known broadcasting companies, including SVT, CNN and the EBU.Our customers use Ardendo software in mission critical production operations such as media management, ingest, transcoding, editing and archiving.The last years have been very rewarding for Ardendo.Good publicity at large exhibitions, satisfied reference customers, and strong partnerships, have given us a growing number of customers and business opportunities all over the world.With a current staff of 50, Ardendo is currently expanding to meet the requirements imposed by an increasing international customer base.In addition, we are also accelerating product development to sustain our technological leadership.As part of the company merger where Ardendo becomes part of the company Vizrt, we are now seeking to build up skills in Vizrt graphics programming and system management, especially for data intensive graphics such as general election graphics projects.Ardendo enjoys a rapidly growing customer base in India.Hence, knowledge of additional Indian languages (North and South) is preferred since the company does not possess these skills today.There is also a strong possibility of relocating back to India once a more permanent Ardendo presence is established in India.Travel will be required.Skills sought: * Extensive practical work experience in online broadcast graphics on the Viz!RT platforms.Experience from data intensive projects such as elections is meriting.* Local knowledge of the Indian broadcaster market.Fluent in Indian Languages preferably regional North and South Indian languages.All other languages skills are also meriting.Skills required: * Documented skills with Vizrt software, including internals, for broadcast graphics production * Experience in working with solutions for Media Asset Management, Broadcast Graphics and Newsroom Automation and Playout in a real time 24/7 broadcast environment * Excellent communications skills.Fluent in English, both writing and speaking.Communications skills to function as a trainer in Vizrt graphics systems To be eligible you should have the following qualifications: * Must have a university degree comparable to a Indian Bachelors of Science or equivalent * Self motivated, and responsive to customer requirements * Comfortable in technically complex environments * Skilled at transforming customer visions into working solutions Ardendo always practices probationary employment.Interested?Please include your CV, scanned copies of your degree and marks, and the abstract from your thesis.NOTE!Use "Vizrt expert programmer" as subject in your mail.We look forward to hearing from you!
