Global I&O Site Sweden, is looking for a senior Windows Client Technician/administrator placed in Skövde. Arbetsbeskrivning You will be member of a team that is working with maintenance of Volvo IT's desktop services delivered to the Volvo Group Companies on a regional as well as a global level.We are primarily supporting two client services, one for the business administration and the other for factory environments.Both of them are critical for the business at AB Volvo.You will be working with: .Administration of client environments, both on local and remote locations .Managing change and preparation tasks in the desktop services .Application deployment (installation and upgrade) .Security patch deployment .Configuration changes, Group Policy Objects, VB-scripts, packages and programs in Systems Management Server .Verification in QA-environment .Support Back Office Function with advanced troubleshooting, regardless site/country/company .Working in global networks supporting AB Volvo's production plants .Duty on inconvenient working hours sometimes required (Maintenance Windows) Vem är du?.Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or other training or experience required..At least three years well documented experience in the Windows client area..Be skilled in documenting your work..Well organized and attentive to details..Ability to work in a global, multi-cultural, diverse organization, open to different ideas and opinions to ensure "best of breed" solutions..Good skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken..Good at problem resolution .Good communication skills .Good listener and like to share knowledge Kontaktperson Anmäl ditt intresse för tjänsten genom ett registrerat CV på Elans hemsida: www.elanit.se.
