Your mission
As Volvo Studio and Sales Manager you will be driving operations and managing a highly driven team who marks the Volvo Studio in Stockholm as a destination where the highest level of true customer care, excellence consultancy and expertise are served. You are responsible for daily Studio operations, setting sales targets and objectives for yourself and your team, transforming existing concept into an owned online direct sales retail environment making sure that all operations are running smoothly. As the Volvo Studio and Sales manager you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and sales plans designed for private and business customers, focusing on our Care by Volvo offers.

In collaboration with central stakeholders you will share input for digital retail tools development and needs for best-in-class customer experiences and support for sales staff.

As a passionate leader who brings out the most of people you will also work alongside with your team in meeting customers in our Studio providing best-in class customer service based upon each customer’s unique needs. You will also promote test drives of our fully electric cars and primarily promote Volvo Cars online/subscription offer Care by Volvo.
You will be responsible for both private and business sales. By addressing companies and invite them to explore our products and offers in our Studio in Kungsträdgården we aim to increase awareness of our fully electric cars and sales offers, and in the end generate sales. With knowledge of the Volvo Cars brand, our customers and our omni-channel customer journey approach, you will play an important role in Volvo Cars transformation journey, as part of our commercial strategy.

Main responsibilities
* Responsible for a high-performing team and coach them to meet their full potential and foster innovation.
* Responsible for managing the Studio team and operations
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of our offers, sales processes and digital retail products and tools targeting private and fleet customers.
* Align marketing, sales and event initiatives with Studio Event & Marketing Manager.
* Responsible for staff training and developing competence


You and your skills
We are looking for a candidate with extensive leader skills and experience within sales, ideally from automotive business or in retail environments and in digital & technical innovations, combing theoretical with practical experience. A true passion for people and an understanding of consumers online and offline journeys and needs. A strong commercial aptitude is required in this role and the candidate needs to have a true passion the physical meeting. We believe you are outgoing, service minded and have the ability to build business relationship.

* Good understanding of the automotive retail business, such as TCO, as well as marketing, related customer needs & wants.
* Ambitious and self-driven in achieving results and work towards clear objectives.

* High affinity for technology and innovation paired with understanding for a customer centric omni-channel sales approach.


We believe that you have a degree in sales and leadership. That you are an excellent communicator, both in writing and verbally, with experience of working in an international environment. Your experience also includes working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with the ability to adapt, manage and meet targets. You will be required to work weekends and evenings. Outstanding and fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
