Your mission
As Sales Executive you will be part of a highly sales driven team who marks the Volvo Studio Stockholm as a destination where the highest level of true customer care, excellence consultancy and expertise are served. By providing best-in class customer service based upon each customer’s unique needs you will be guiding consumers on their physical and digital customer experience in the Studio, promote test drives of our fully electric cars and primarily promote Volvo Cars online/subscription offer Care by Volvo. You will also build business relationships by addressing companies and inviting them to explore our products and offers in our Studio in Kungsträdgården. With knowledge of the Volvo Cars brand, our customers and our omni-channel customer journey approach, you will play an important role in shaping Volvo Cars future Omni retail transformation journey, as part of our commercial strategy.

Main responsibilities
* With the help of our innovative and digital in-store tools promote and sell our Recharge products and online offers.
* Generate leads to our Inside Sales team via our state-of-the-art Salesforce CRM system.
* Introduce and guide customers in test driving our fully electric cars and converting in to electrification.
* Host our conference room, event and café guest in the Studio.
* Proactively generate feedback to and promote our Customer Satisfaction Feedback tool for continuous customer experience, services and offers improvements.
* Proactively contribute to a positive team spirit and close collaboration with the Inside Sales team.


You and your skills
We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience within sales, ideally from automotive business or in retail environments and in digital & technical innovations, combing theoretical with practical experience. A true understanding of consumers online and offline journeys and needs. A strong commercial aptitude is required in this role and the candidates needs to have a true passion for people and the physical meeting. We believe you are outgoing, service minded and have the ability to build business relationship.

* Good understanding of the automotive retail business, such as TCO, as well as marketing, related customer needs & wants.
* A proven track record of successful sales results.
* Ambitious and self-driven in achieving results and work towards clear objectives.
* A team player who inspires others and contribute to positive team efforts.  

* High affinity for technology and innovation paired with understanding for a customer centric omni-channel sales approach.


We believe that you have a degree in sales. That you are an excellent communicator, primarily verbally, with experience of working in an international environment. Your experience also includes working in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment with the ability to adapt, manage and meet targets. You will be required to work weekends and some evenings. Outstanding and fluent communication skills in Swedish and English.
