VP Assistant

As part of Development & Engineering (D&E), your organisation will be Tetra Pak Packaging Technology whose main role is to scout, develop and secure future technologies, concepts and methodologies to secure that Tetra Pak retains technology leadership through cost driven innovation.

You will be a key player in supporting the VP in many aspects.You will be in the centre of things in Packaging Technology and be exposed to issues at a senior level.A high level of integrity and the ability to work with people at all levels in the company is therefore crucial for you.Since we know that you like to take the initiative, there will be opportunities to shape and expand the role to helping the Packaging Technology VP, together with the management team, to deliver on the group's ambitions.

Key areas to cover will include the following:

- Supporting the VP in a variety of tasks interacting with people on all levels in the company
- Support with external visitors - suppliers, partners & customers
- Leading administrative routines and improvement projects
- Event management and communications support
- Meeting management, calendar maintenance, mail handling and travel planning management

To be successful in this role we believe that you have a university degree with at least a few years of work experience.Beneficial experience would be from similar roles where you have been interacting in dynamic environments with colleagues and managers from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.And we know that you bring with you an alert mind!You have excellent communication skills and excel at both written and spoken English.
