Business Unit Chassis is a Business Unit at Volvo Buses with the End-to-End responsibility for Volvo Buses’ Chassis business, globally! Headquarters are located in Gothenburg while we have a commercial presence in Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa, UK & Ireland and Latin America.

This is who you are and how you make an impact
As Vice President Electromobility, Services and Solutions, you will be responsible for developing the team and the strategy for the solution offering and drive the overall business development for Business Unit Chassis. You will lead and structure the work of ensuring a commercial focus and clear customer value proposition for a premium customer experience.
You and your team will lead the work of commercializing new and innovative customer solutions that will secure our position as a premium brand and as a solutions provider. Offering and Business model development, Time to market, and Execution ability in the markets will be fundamental in this work.
You will work close with and support the clusters in the sales process, developing a proactive sales approach, challenging, and inspiring them to find new business opportunities and ensuring wide contact areas for full insight into the customers’ business.
Close cooperation with internal stakeholders such as our Global Electromobility Business Development team and our Digital Services & Solutions team to establish an E2E process that supports development, commercialization and delivery of solutions that fulfills the customer needs will be key for our success.
You are an engaging and effective business leader who understand the complete value chain and have strong relationship capabilities. To build trust, you listen and learn, yet communicate clear direction when needed. You are commercially oriented, intuitive and have excellent communication and team-working skills. To really thrive in this role, you like change, innovation, and communication.
